Hot-and-Hunky Sausage and Peppers with Grimaldi’s Arrabbiata Sauce

Ingredients
- Italian mild sausage links (2 per person)
- 2 Yellow bell peppers
- 2 Red bell peppers
- 2 Green bell pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 jar of Grimaldi’s Arrabiata Sauce
- Crusty loaf of bread. (Sourdough, Italian, etc.)
Directions
- Wash and dry peppers and onion. Slice (julienne) the vegetables on a cutting board and set aside.
- Heat up a cast iron skillet. Once skillet is hot place sausage links in it and start cooking. Cook for about 3-4 min per side allowing sausage to get some color and cook through. Once fully cooked set aside.
- In the same skillet add olive oil and allow to heat up. Once hot add all veggies, cook until translucent and set aside.
- In the same skillet add 1 jar of Grimaldi’s Arrabiata Sauce and heat up. Once hot add sausage and veggies and allow flavors to marry.
- Serve in the same skillet family style and allow people to make sandwiches or enjoy as is with the bread.
